These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and IT-RANKS Technology ("IT-RANKS", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of ITR PDF Suite (the "App"), the website itrpdf.com, and the account portal at portal.itrpdf.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
01 Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
02 Accounts & eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your password confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
03 License to use the app
Subject to these Terms and your active plan, IT-RANKS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own business or personal use.
The App is licensed, not sold. IT-RANKS and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the App not expressly granted to you. Your license is tied to your account and plan and may be seat-limited as described at purchase.
04 Free trial
New accounts may receive a free 14-day trial. When the trial ends, some features may become unavailable until you purchase a license. We may modify or discontinue trial offers at any time, and we may limit eligibility (for example, one trial per user or organization).
05 Subscriptions, billing & renewals
- Paid plans are billed according to the plan and billing period you select at checkout. Prices are shown exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for applicable taxes.
- Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel future renewals at any time from the portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable.
- If a payment fails or an account is past due, we may suspend access until the balance is resolved.
06 Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to permit others to:
- copy, resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the App except as expressly allowed by your plan;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code or extract signing keys, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- circumvent, disable, or tamper with licensing, trial limits, update, or security mechanisms;
- remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding;
- use the Service to violate any law or to infringe the rights of others; or
- share a single-user license beyond the seats permitted by your plan.
You also agree to comply with all applicable export-control and economic-sanctions laws, and not to use, export, or re-export the Service in violation of them, including into any embargoed or restricted jurisdiction.
07 Your content & responsibility
You retain all rights to the documents and data you process with the App. Because the App runs on your own device, you remain in control of your files. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to process it. We recommend keeping your own backups of important documents.
08 Third-party services, platforms & app stores
The App offers optional integrations — cloud storage (Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox) and bring-your-own-key AI providers. These require your own third-party accounts or API keys and are governed by those providers' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their handling of your data, and your use of any connected provider is also subject to that provider's own terms.
Where you obtain the App through an application marketplace (such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the Microsoft Store), your use is also subject to that marketplace's terms. The App is provided by IT-RANKS, not by the marketplace, and the marketplace is not responsible for the App or for providing support for it.
Apple App Store. If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply and, where they conflict, prevail. This license is for use only on Apple-branded devices that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for the App; any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense attributable to a failure to conform to any warranty is the responsibility of IT-RANKS, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer-protection or similar legislation. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your use of it infringes that party's intellectual-property rights, IT-RANKS — not Apple — is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any U.S. Government restricted-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
09 Intellectual property
The App, the website, the IT-RANKS and ITR PDF Suite names and logos, and all related content are owned by IT-RANKS and protected by intellectual-property laws. "ITR PDF Suite" and associated marks are trademarks of IT-RANKS Technology. All other names and marks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding without prior written permission.
10 Updates & availability
We continuously improve the Service and may add, change, or remove features. The App may download and install updates automatically to maintain security and compatibility. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service; where reasonable, we will provide notice of material changes.
11 Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your documents.
12 Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IT-RANKS AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO IT-RANKS FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD 100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IT-RANKS from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14 Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required to comply with law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your license to use the App ends and you must stop using and uninstall it. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — survive termination.
15 Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the principal place of business of IT-RANKS Technology, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
16 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
